WE ARE
BALLYMORE

Ballymore Group is committed to delivering high-quality homes and has been for four decades. The family-owned business was started by CEO Sean Mulryan and his wife, Bernardine, in Ballymore Eustace in 1982.

Since then, the group has overseen thousands of homes in urban developments in Ireland and the UK. Ballymore’s projects are renowned for best-in-class design and innovation, winning 40 top industry awards in the last three years.

At Ballymore, we believe a home derives greater value from a strong sense of community and shared identity than from physical structures alone. Naas, a flourishing and well-established community comprising families, professionals, craftspeople and nature enthusiasts, immediately caught my attention. Boasting exceptional schools and sports clubs in close proximity, it offers a vibrant setting. Stonehaven seamlessly complements and enriches these existing facets, benefiting the local community. It presents an exhilarating opportunity to unlock Naas’ utmost potential as the crowning achievement in the town’s historical development. Stonehaven represents a fresh residential concept that paves the way for a sustainable, 21st-century lifestyle. It caters to the longing for improved housing and enhanced access to outdoor spaces while fostering a thriving community.

Homes built in the UK and Ireland in last five years
Ballymore is a leading property developer with a multi-award-winning portfolio of some of Europe’s largest and most transformative urban development and regeneration projects. We have completed over 9,000 homes and been awarded over 40 accolades in the UK and Ireland over the past five years.

2023 represents over 40 years in business for Ballymore and we intend to mark this milestone with significant investment in our UK and Irish business, a development pipeline with the potential for a further 15,000 homes. We’re also adding to our commercial, retail, and leisure portfolio, with around 4.5 million sq ft of commercial space within planning systems.

Ballymore’s Dublin City footprint will expand beyond our completed Dublin Landings project to our new Dublin Arch development in the north inner city and across the Liffey to Dublin 8 and the St James’s Gate development, where we are creating a visionary new neighbourhood at the Guinness brewery. Other current and upcoming Irish projects are planned for Bray, Malahide, Ashtown, and several residential developments in Co. Kildare.
“We remain 100% owned and managed by Sean Mulryan and family, who founded the business in Ireland, in 1982.”
